Cancellation policy: Whilst we realise life sometimes get busy, our classroom does too.  So we've had to introduce a cancellation fee, which is enforced at our discretion.  Cancellations made 24hrs or less before the appointment will incur a fee of 50%.  Missed appointments will be charged at 100%.
